Do you charge for quotes and how long will it take to get one?

• We don't charge for quotes. If you are on site the quote will be done while you wait. If you are unable to get to us, you can email us images of the damage and we will send you a quote on the same day.

Do you have loan cars?

• Yes we do. We have a fleet of nine loan vehicles available upon booking.

How much do your loan cars cost?

• To help us cover some of the rising costs of running replacement vehicles, we charge a one-off maintenance fee of $35+GST for the whole time you have the car. This is not a daily charge. Whether it's 3 days or 5 weeks!

How does my Insurance work?

• Check out our customer service page, select your insurance company, and we've outlined how each company works with us.

What if my repairs aren't worth making a claim?

• No problem! We'll estimate the job and confirm the estimate/repairs required when you drop your car off.

Will the price change once I've had an estimate?

• From time to time, we find extra damage on your vehicle once it's been stripped down for repairs. If we are completing private repairs for you, we will contact you to discuss the options before we proceed. If we are completing insurance repairs on your car we will contact your insurance company to discuss the extra repairs required to put your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.

How long will the repairs take?

• Most repairs take 3-5 working days. When we are booking your car in we will discuss how long we will need your vehicle for, and if you will need a replacement car while yours is being repaired.

How long will the assessment take?

• If your insurance company requires a digital assessment, this can be done on site in about 5 minutes. We take some photos and your details and send them off to your insurance company. Most will have the assessments back to us within 24 hours. Then we can book you in for repairs and order any parts required.
• If your insurance company requires your car to be on site for the day for assessing with an assessor, we'll let you know and book your car in for a day that is convenient for you. We can make a loan car available for you if needed and there is no charge for the loan car for the day.
